Foam Skiving / Splitting

Foam skiving is the foundation of all processes at SECON. Utilizing F&K roll splitters, vacuum splitters, and loop splitters, we skive molded buns, bun rolls, and welded bun rolls into thinner sheets and rolls.

Sheets and rolls can be skived or “split” to just about any desired thickness. Both open-cell and closed-cell foam/sponge materials can be custom-sized for your unique application.

We offer skived foam as roll goods or custom-sized sheets to fit your specific needs. In addition to providing these products as-is, we can also further convert them into an array of other products.
