L1
The L1 adhesive platform features a modified acrylic adhesive with good initial tack and peel adhesion.
- Designed to withstand temperatures up to 200°F (93°C)
- Bonds well to many foams, including cross-linked PE, EVA and microcellular urethane
- Both L1 products feature a 74# white, unprinted densified kraft liner for excellent processing
L2
The L2 adhesive platform offers high initial tack, and excellent peel adhesion and shear strength to many open and closed cell foams.
- Withstands temperatures up to 225°F (107°C)
- Bonds well to a wide variety of foams, including PU ether, PU ester, crosslinked PE, EPDM, neoprene, nitrile and microcellular urethane
- All L2 constructions feature an 83# tan-colored, unprinted polycoated kraft liner for superior processing
L3
The L3 adhesive platform utilizes a specialty acrylic adhesive and has good adhesion to many elastomeric substrates.
- Designed to withstand temperatures up to 275°F (135°C)
- Provides good adhesion to many elastomers, including TPV, neoprene rubber, butyl rubber and many versions of EPDM rubber
- Both L3 tapes feature an 83# tan-colored, unprinted polycoated kraft liner for superior processing
